Cancellations/Rescheduling:

Your appointments are very important to our CT Nail Spa professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you may no longer be able to book appointments in advanced.

Appointment Times:

At CT Nail Spa, our professionals take their time to provide quality work and to make sure that you are happy. Expect nail appointments to be between typically, 45 minutes to 1 hour. We want you to feel relaxed, comfortable and content with your service but please do not rush the process.
