Hello everyone! 🚨

If you’re a client of mine, Kenzi’s, or Taylor’s, I am asking one HUGE favor of you. Please take a few minutes to read this entire post. I know it’s long, but it’s very important. If you could also like, comment, or share it so I know you’ve seen it and to help us spread the word, we’d appreciate it so much.

It is with an absolutely devastated, exhausted, shocked, and broken heart that I’m announcing Studio V Salon will be closing. Our final day at our current location will be August 14th.

This has been one of the hardest and most emotional decisions I’ve ever had to make. I poured my heart, soul, blood, sweat, and many tears into this salon. I truly believed I would own this building one day. Unfortunately, life doesn’t always go as planned, and for the sake of my health and peace of mind, this was a decision I had to make.

While Studio V Salon is closing, I am NOT leaving the hair industry! ❤️

I will be opening my own private salon suite at My Salon Suites on the Carlisle Pike, directly beside Hobby Lobby.

✨ Suite 210 – Vanessa
✨ Suite 208 – Kenzi (who will have her very own suite!)
✨ Taylor will continue seeing clients on Saturdays in my suite.

I know this move isn’t convenient for many of you, and I am truly sorry. I realize some of you chose Studio V because of the location, and I completely understand this may mean a longer drive. Believe me… I went from being able to walk to work to commuting myself.

There are a few important changes I’d like everyone to know.

My current salon is about 1,100 square feet. My new suite is just 124 square feet. (Yes… I’ve cried about that more than once. 😅)

Because of the limited space, I kindly ask that only the person receiving the service comes to the appointment. I simply won’t have room for additional guests or children who aren’t being serviced.

I also know many of you love arriving early to visit and catch up, and I’ve always loved that too. Unfortunately, the new space won’t allow for it. Arriving about 10 minutes early is perfect, but anything much earlier may become difficult while I’m finishing with another guest.

Another big change is how you’ll enter the building.

There won’t be a receptionist. When you arrive, you’ll enter the lobby where there will be seating and a touchscreen directory. Simply enter my suite number (210) or Kenzi’s (208), and it will notify us that you’ve arrived. One of us will come to the lobby, buzz you in, and walk you back to the suite.

I’ll be posting a video before opening day showing exactly how the process works, so don’t worry—it’ll be very easy!

The good news is all existing appointments will remain exactly as scheduled. Nothing is being canceled or moved because of this transition.

If you normally come during your workday and the new location creates a scheduling issue, please send me a text. I’ll do everything I can to make it work. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.

Finally, I just want to say thank you.

The love and support you’ve given Studio V Salon over the years has meant more to me than words can express. This salon wasn’t just a business—it was a dream that so many of you helped build simply by trusting me with your hair year after year.

I’m incredibly sad to close this chapter, but I’m excited to welcome you into the next one.

I’m Taylor Myers I’m a mama to 3 little girls💕 I’ve been working behind the chair for almost 9 years now. I specialize in blonding, balayage, dimensional color and bridal/formal styling. I also do haircuts (womens and mens), perms, facial waxing, hair tinsel, keratin treatments, scalp treatments and more. I’m currently only working Saturdays, but I am accepting new clients.
