Roasted vine ripen tomatoes, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, and a little salt and pepper. I was planning on freezing it since we’re leaving town, but it was so delicious. I decided to make a mini flatbread with a little cheese and fresh basil. It was incredible!

I made some fine tune adjustments to our espresso machine this morning and may have pulled my most pertfect shot to date. We’ve had our machine since 12/2022 and I was just about to give up. But look at me now! 😃☕️❤️
