🍄Mushroom walks into a bar, orders a few cocktails and gets a little too tipsy.

The bartender finally cuts him off and kicks him out of the bar.

Mushroom turns around and says, "Awh come on! I'm a FUN-GUY!"

✅Mushrooms have been used in Indian and Chinese medication for years for thier said unique healing properties and energy boosting B vitamin content! Some people even drink "mushroom water/coffee" in hopes to obtain some energy without added caffeine.

✅Some mushrooms, specially, the Reshi mushroom, is said to contain phytonutrients that have anti cancerous properties.

✅Mushrooms are made up to 90% water!💦

✅My favorite way to cook up mushroom is to drizzle Potobellos in balsmic vinegar, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roast them in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and make a hearty mushroom burger with a whole wheat bun, butter lettuce, melted swiss cheese, fresh avocado and grilled onions!
