Heightened sensitivity during waxing can happen for SO many reasons. 🤍

If your wax feels a little spicier than it did last time, don’t worry, it doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong! Your skin can be more sensitive because of your menstrual cycle, hormones, stress, lack of sleep, dehydration, medications, skincare products, or even changes in your routine.

Our bodies aren’t exactly the same every appointment, so your wax might not feel exactly the same either. Some days you barely feel it, and other days you’re questioning every life choice that brought you to my table. 😂

I’m here to be your biggest aftercare cheerleader. 📣😂

No judgment. Ever. You could look me directly in the eyes and tell me you haven’t exfoliated in 3 weeks and I’ll simply say, “Okay miss girllll… so we have some work to do.” 💀

I’m not recommending aftercare because I’m just a girl trying to sell you products. I recommend it because I want your skin looking GOOD and your wax results lasting as long as possible.

You already invested in the Brazilian… don’t abandon her the second you leave my room. 😭

Exfoliate. Hydrate. Use your aftercare. And if you’ve been doing absolutely none of the above? Come confess your sins. 😂

It’s Wax Wednesday 🤠 and we’re normalizing the things you’re probably worried about before your Brazilian.

Today’s topic: “What if I have a scent down there?”

Babe… you have a body. Bodies have a scent. 😂

You do NOT need to smell like flowers, vanilla, or absolutely nothing before your wax. A normal natural scent is completely okay, and I promise your waxer is not judging you or thinking twice about it.

Come clean, come comfortable, and please don’t feel like you need to perfume her before your appointment. 😂

Now that we got that out of the way… what are we scared to ask next? 👀

Your waxer always knows when you’ve shaved. I’m not here to judge you, but shaving in between appointments isn’t going to give you the results you’re looking for!

The anticipation is usually the worst part! You might come in nervous, sweaty, and questioning every life choice, but I am here to make you comfortable, keep you laughing, and make the whole experience way less scary than you imagined. 🤍
