We’d like to clarify to all of our clients, our policy moving forward. Any Elizabeth Grady gift certificate or series that had been purchased at 34 Salem St. Medford Square, will be able to be redeemed at this location, keeping in mind the seven year expiration date on the gift certificates from the date of purchase. This is a truly painful situation for all parties that were hurt by the sudden closure of the Elizabeth Grady Company and Company stores. We will remain open here at 34 Salem St. Medford Square and are currently in the process of rebranding. However, we will continue to honor all gift certificates and series that were purchased specifically at this location 34 Salem St. in Medford Square now and also as we move forward to rebrand. We would like to take this opportunity also to tell you how much we appreciate your loyalty, your patience and understanding as we look forward to servicing you now, and in the future. 40+ years strong in Medford Square!!
