We’re a growing, commission-based salon in Media, PA with a team that truly values kindness, professionalism, and purpose. Illume is still new(ish), but we’ve built something special—a space that’s warm, intentional, clean, and encouraging. We believe in growing together, cheering each other on, and letting your light shine (it’s literally our motto).

Whether you’re an experienced stylist or just starting out, if you’re looking for a place to grow, be supported, and do great work in a positive environment—we’d love to meet you.

Duties include helping around the salon, shampooing, greeting guests, and spreading kindness like confetti 💕✨
