Moments specializes in balayage, highlighting, sombre, baby lights, multi-dimensional color, color correction, cuts, styles, Temptu Professional airbrush makeup, weddings, and special occasions. We use only the highest quality products for hair and makeup: including Olaplex, Redken, Moroccan Oil, Joico, Temptu Professional Airbrush makeup, and MAC Pro Cosmetics.
