Recently, we found that some FOXY videos were reposted without prior approval.
In addition, certain product images and information from another nail supply company were added to the video, even though FOXY does not use or promote those products. This may cause confusion for customers and directly affect our brand’s reputation.
FOXY is also currently working with several nail supply partners. Reusing FOXY content for promotional purposes by a company that is not our partner is not appropriate and may conflict with the agreements we currently have in place.
