This wonderful patient came to me concerned about crepey skin on her neck and is currently completing a series of three microneedling treatments—these results are after just two sessions.

Collagen and elastin stimulation has already made a noticeable difference in improving texture and tightening the skin.

I also always recommend extending your antioxidant and retinoid down to the neck—this area is often overlooked but responds beautifully to consistent care.

If neck lines are your primary concern, I typically recommend a multimodal treatment approach combining microneedling, hyperdilute Radiesse, and neurotoxin for optimal smoothing and rejuvenation.
