I don’t think it’s just me when I say I feel there’s so much tension in the world right now and has been the last few weeks.
There’s a certain energy and heaviness I am feeling within people and I don’t think I am alone when I say I feel overcome with worry, stress and sadness in some ways.
The past 2 weeks have been overwhelming and I have had a hard time starting/finishing tasks.
I havnt been able to concentrate on posting for my business- so I took time to regroup and prioritize my responsibilities which is why I have tried to stay off social media during this time.
But I have been researching and learning new skills and I feel ready to start again.
I want the rest of the 2026 Year to invoke positive and healing energy for myself and
I WANT TO ENCOURAGE AND BRING POSITIVE HEALING TO YOU.
I am very lucky that I have a career that allows me to help you feel grounded and centered, relaxed and refreshed, rejuvenated and revived.
I am speaking this into existence.
I am opening my spirit to heal myself by healing others.
I am excited to incorporate new skills into my practice.
