We've had clients come to us through stressful jobs, health challenges, big life changes, and hard seasons. And we've had the privilege of being a small but consistent source of relief throughout it all.

Try these quick stretches before you start:
• Gentle neck rolls (5 each direction)
• Standing forward fold - let your upper body hang loose for 30 seconds
• Hip circles - hands on hips, slow circles both ways
• Shoulder cross-body stretch - hold 20 seconds per side

Your garden will still be there. Give your body a little love first. And when those muscles remind you later that you worked hard today? We're here!
