A Natural Affair Beauty Lounge

Good morning!

It’s been a while since I’ve actively engaged on this page, but I haven’t been absent, I’ve been building.

Over the last few years, I made the decision to step fully into salon ownership, leadership, and management. After years of servicing clients while simultaneously trying to lead a growing salon, I knew it was time for my role in the beauty industry to evolve.

That pivot created room for something bigger.

Through the opportunities I’ve had to teach, mentor, develop curriculum, and work with future beauty professionals, I began building an educational model centered around something I believe our industry desperately needs: real-world career preparation.

With the support of my tribe, I officially launched A Natural Affair Academy (ANAA).

I was also able to complete a course I’ve been developing for nearly four years and establish our Academy as a certified apprenticeship residency program creating a pathway where future professionals can learn inside a working salon environment while developing the technical, professional, business, and relationship-building skills necessary for a sustainable career.

Today marks Day 2 of our official launch, and I’m excited to finally share what we’ve been building.
