Ultimate Double Cheeseburger 🍔✨

Ingredients:

For the Burgers:

1.5 lbs ground beef (preferably 80/20 blend)
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 slices cheddar cheese
4 sesame seed buns, split and toasted
For the Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
Prepare the Beef Patties:

Divide the ground beef into eight equal portions and shape each portion into a thin patty. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
Assemble the Burgers:

Spread a generous amount of the prepared sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
Place one cheese-covered patty on the bottom bun, followed by another cheese-covered patty.
Add the top bun to complete the burger.
Serve:

Serve immediately with your favorite sides like fries or onion rings.
