For those who enjoy my infused sea moss (fruit specifically), to obtain a longer shelf life once you’ve eaten to the point of more than half full you can freeze it, if you know you’re not going to finish it within a week or two… I recommend not freezing when full due to expanding, and possibly the jar cracking. Or if you’ve stocked up on multiple jars, and not ready to consume, you can freeze it with the lid off and place foil over it to allow expanding room😉
