It’s finally time for me to retire to Arkansas friends. I’ve had a long and wonderful career here in Memphis and I’ve met many wonderful clients and colleagues. But this is my dream.
LaRues Haircutters has been in business for over 33 years with one owner. We are located at Kirby and Quince in the Kroger shopping center, along with several restaurants, a very popular liquor store, and very easy access to #385. There are 11 spaces, 9 private rooms and 2 open booths. There are currently 5 spaces occupied and with the right buyer, I think 4 would consider staying. We have 5 shampoo bowls, a waiting area, 2 bathrooms, and a break room with full laundry, and a kitchen area. The landlord is the property management and easy to work with. I can get you all contacts and information to negotiate with them.
