I cannot count the times I’ve been asked this question.

You might think that when you get into a car accident that isn’t your fault, that you will not be responsible for the payment of your medical bills or that someone else will take care of that.

After all, why should you pay when the crash wasn’t your fault and you wouldn’t have needed medical care if the crash hadn’t happened?

But, here’s the unfortunate truth. You are responsible for paying for your medical care.

Anytime you’re in an accident, you should always use your own health insurance and pay your providers just like you would if you’d injured your own self at home being clumsy.

The good news is that if you get a settlement then you might be reimbursed for some or all of your medical bills.

The other good news is that you might have what is called Medical Payments Coverage on your own policy that can help provide you with a little bit of financial help on medical bills.

There’s a lot more to it, but I find that most clients just want to know if they are supposed to pay the bills they get in the mail after health insurance pays their part and the general answer is yes, unless you want to use your Med Pay coverage.

However, I highly advise you to consult with an attorney if you find yourself in this situation.

An attorney can help guide you through the process and adds tremendous value to your claim. There’s so much to talk about here, but I’m sticking to our topic.

I offer free consults on personal injury cases that meet my screening requirements. We have to ask you a few basic questions to make sure you have the type of case I can help you with and that there is no conflict.

Call Snider & Horner, PLLC at 901-751-3777, tell our Intake Specialist that you have a case to run by me, and start the process. It’s easy. If you're an email person and not a phone person, there is a form on the website that you can use to email in.

Pure goodness right here. ❤️

Why I love it:

▪️the exfoliant feels really different and good against my skin. It doesn’t dissolve like a salt or sugar scrub.
▪️natural + clean ingredients
▪️smells like a spa

If you’re in the market for a body scrub, I definitely recommend this one. It’s LL’s Bamboo Renew and you can get it from me or your local LL Beauty Guide.
