I have some exciting news to share with my wonderful nail family. As many of you know, I hold my work (and my own nails!) to a very high standard. That’s why I am so thrilled to announce that Shasta Joseph is joining the team!

Shasta isn't just a talented technician; she’s a veteran professional who shares my dedication to the craft. Here is why I know she’s the perfect fit for our space.
Shasta is a mother and a seasoned pro with 20 years of experience. Combined with my 30 years, we are bringing a total of 50 years of industry knowledge to your fingertips!

Shasta has done my nails several times. If she can satisfy my "picky and fiicky" standards, I know she will exceed yours.

We both share a deep love for the industry and a commitment to maintaining a calm, quiet, and professional environment. When you're in her chair, you'll get the same serenity you’ve come to expect here.

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out because I wanted to take a moment to speak from the heart. Between the recent winter weather and the incredible volume of requests I’ve been receiving, I know that wait times for appointments have been longer than usual.

First, I want to say thank you. Being in high demand is a blessing that I never take for granted. I am so grateful that you choose to sit in my chair and trust me with your nail maintenace.

I also want you to know that I am listening. I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to find a way to better serve you without burning out or compromising the quality you expect.

I have a special announcement coming very soon! My hope is that this change will free up more appointment space and make the booking process much smoother for everyone.

Thank you for a great year !

As we wrap up the year, I just want to take a moment to say thank you for such an amazing year. This past year brought a lot of change as I transitioned into my new suite, and I’m so grateful for your continued support, patience, and loyalty throughout it all.

I also want to remind everyone that I will be on sabbatical from January 1–21. During that time, if you have a nail emergency, I highly recommend Dana H at Gould’s Poplar Plaza—you’ll be in great hands.
Thank you all so much for bearing with me during the busy holiday season as I worked to get everyone in. I know I wasn’t able to create more space for everyone, and I sincerely apologize for that. Your understanding truly means the world to me.
A special thank you as well for the cards, gifts, and all the amazing treats shared with me over the Christmas stretch. Your kindness never goes unnoticed, and I appreciate it more than you know.
