Your body is always doing something. Lately, it's probably doing something a little annoying. Puffy. Stiff. Stuffed up. Or just quietly screaming after a long week.

We used to offer one bath. Now there are seven, each built around its own mineral blend (and, for a few, essential oils) for a different thing your body, or your brain, is going through.

Here's the honest part, because we'd rather earn your trust than oversell you: a warm mineral soak isn't magic, and we'll never pretend it is. What it actually does is well understood. Warm water and a tub full of minerals help your muscles let go, ease tension, quiet a busy nervous system, and make sleep come a little easier.

That's not a miracle. It's just genuinely lovely, and it works.

Over the next couple of emails, we'll walk you through the whole menu, sorted by what's bugging you: puffy and stuffy, stiff and sore, and "brain currently has 47 tabs open." All baths come in singles and couples sizes, so you can soak solo or bring someone you like.
