Cold Weather Skin Tips because it is COLD COLD COLD!

Hydrate inside and out! Drink water and use a hydrating serum (hello, hyaluronic acid!).
Moisturize more than usual. Switch to a richer cream to prevent dryness and flaking.
Skip washing your face in super-hot showers. Warm water is better (hot water strips your skin).
Protect lips. Use a balm often and avoid licking them (it makes them worse!).
Don’t forget your hands! Moisturize and apply SPF if you’ll be outside.
Wear sunscreen daily because winter sun and blue light from devices still causes damage!
