Red light therapy can help with so many things. It can help even out skin tone, calm acne and inflammation, and keep up your collagen and elastin levels so your skin retains its firmness and youthfulness when it’s used on a consistent basis! This is always a great add on during a facial or just getting it as a treatment by itself!

Think of getting a facial from an esthetician like you think about going to the dentist and getting a teeth cleaning. You do your part at home but you still need to go in and get that deep professional pore clean and exfoliation. And then that way the products you use at work even better!

It would be great if acne disappeared after one treatment and I know a lot of people mistakenly think that’s how it works. But sadly that is not the case. It takes time, consistency, facial treatments, good home products, and discipline. And even once you get it clear you’ve got to keep at it so it will remain clear. Skincare is work but the difference it makes in your self confidence makes it so worth it!
