All I can say is wow Krista! Krista has been training with me for almost six months now she has lost 15 pounds, 3.5 inches off her waist, 3 inches off her hips 0.5 inch off her arms and 0.5 inch off her thighs! That’s an amazing loss. She is definitely consistent in her training and after she took her diet more seriously it all fell into place with her progress and results! Way to go girlie ❤️
Wilma killed it! She did 65 zottman curls! She has been training with me for two and a half months now and she has made such amazing progress in her strength and endurance. She started out with 3 pound weights and she now is at 8 pounds! Super proud of this beauty!

Claudia he been training with me for 13 months now, as you can see she is definitely making progress in her body transformation. She has lost 15 pounds, 4 inches off her hips, 1.5 inches off her thighs, 2.25 inches off her waist and 0.75 inch off her arms. You go girl!! So proud of you!!
Kathey has been training with me for 21 months now she has worked so hard and has been so consistent in her training. I’m so proud of the progress she has made, we agreed on not tracking her measurements or weight but have tracked her progress with pictures and as you can see she has lost several inches and lost a good amount of weight. Way to go beautiful, you are doing an amazing job!

Healthier cosmic brownies!
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tbsp cocoa unsweetened powder
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
2-3 tbsp plant milk (almond/ coconut/ oat
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup plant milk
Make brownies mix together, put in loaf pan lined with parchment paper, set in freezer for 10 min, make ganache put in Microwave for 25 sec intervals till melted and smooth put on top brownies add sprinkles and set in freezer for 1 hour enjoy!

Napa almond Chicken salad
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups roasted or rotisserie chicken
1 apple diced
2 celery stalks diced
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 tbsp parsley
1/4 cup diced red onion
Low carb high protein lunch easy to make and very enjoyable to eat!
