I never finished my makeup tutorial that day, but motherhood took over and it was all worth it. Now my little girl is 15 - I wish I could turn back time.

🌻💛🎗️March is endometriosis month

💛March is endometriosis awareness month
A month to think about those that live in excruciating pain. We did not choose this but we choose to fight and not give up. Be kind you never know what someone is going through.

Sound healing isn’t just spiritual — it’s biological. ✨

Your body is made of vibration, and sound can help bring your nervous system back into balance.

When you listen to healing frequencies, your heart rate can slow, your breathing deepens, and your body shifts from fight-or-flight into a state of rest and repair.

This can help reduce stress, calm the mind, and even improve sleep.

Sound therapy has been used for centuries through singing bowls, tuning forks, and vocal toning to help regulate the heart, body, and mind.

Sometimes the medicine we need… is simply vibration and stillness. 🌿

I'd be a teen mom in every lifetime, if it means being your mom.
