I didn’t become a coach because my life was tidy. I learned the long way—through a marriage bound by addiction, the ache and beauty of step-parenthood, the loss of businesses, a second hard marriage, widowhood, and then surprising breakthrough. In that valley, Jesus met me. I discovered the difference between performing for love and living from love. My capacity for connection and peace didn’t come from a hack. It came from healing, honest practice, and learning to hear His voice louder than the inner critic.

Today I help women who feel like they never do enough. They’re stuck in self-sabotage, haunted by a critic that says “you’re not qualified,” and tired of comparing their marriage, business, or life to everyone else’s. Under the surface, it’s not laziness. It’s insecure attachment patterns from old wounds that keep whispering, “protection first, connection later.” But connection is the path to strength, not the reward for it.

My coaching is simple and human. We combine inner healing and prayer ministry with practical tools for the moments that usually take you out. We map your triggers and body signals so you can catch spirals early. We practice a reset that brings your nervous system and your spirit back online. We build clean scripts—how to ask for what you need without apology, how to set a boundary without hardening, how to repair when you miss. Along the way, we tell the truth about old lies and replace them with what’s actually real: you are beloved, chosen, and capable of intimate, steady connection.

Results my clients see: spouses notice a softer, truer presence and get curious about their own healing. Long-buried memories surface so they can finally be comforted. The “not enough” loop loses its grip. Faith feels like union again—not performance.
