🎂🥳🎉Hello lovelies 🤍 it’s Julia here, taking over Jeff’s Instagram and Facebook for a moment to slow down and celebrate him on his birthday.

Like so many of you, Jeff has had a profound impact on my day-to-day joy. He is truly a light in my life and in the lives of everyone lucky enough to know him. His presence, humor, heart, and steadiness ripple outward in ways that matter more than he realizes. I’ve watched him kneel down to be at eye level with little souls as he speaks to them, attend clients funerals, most difficult life moments, as well as be there for weddings, new life, and the milestones that shape our lives.

He holds the most sacred space for each client all while juggling helping family, attending school and impressing his professors, as well as volunteering and constantly giving back in the local community.

I have a theory that we’re meant to reflect one another’s light to pause long enough to name it, witness it, and celebrate it out loud. 💞

Wow—welcome to 2026 ✨

As we step into a new year, I want to extend my deepest gratitude for another incredible year filled with growth, generosity, and grace. Your loyalty to the salon—and to me—means more than words can express. Because of you, we were able to donate over $11,000 to organizations right here in Northeast Ohio. Beyond monetary support, many of you have also asked how you can give back through your time and resources, which never fails to leave me inspired and in awe. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

2025 marked our first full year in our new location, and what a year it was. We welcomed more natural sunlight with a brand-new front door and added new cement steps with a handrail to make entering the salon easier, safer, and more inviting.

Between graduating from Leadership Lake County, a girls’ trip to Bali, a road trip to North Carolina with my grandma, continued dedication to my degree at CSU, and the many incredible clients I’m honored to serve, this past year truly exceeded all expectations. The way each of you shows up—with kindness, authenticity, and beautiful energy—brings me immense joy. Thank you for being such an integral part of this journey.

As we continue to flourish in 2026, here are a few gentle reminders:

• Give yourself the same grace you so freely give to others.

• If you use dry shampoo or heavy hairspray, please wash your hair prior to your color appointment. It truly makes a world of difference in both the service and the final color result.

• Boundaries are essential to well-being. Don’t be afraid to set them and honor them.

• If you haven’t already, please schedule your future appointments online at jscottexperience.com. (https://www.jscottexperience.com/) I strive to be fully present while you’re in my chair, so responding to texts may take some time.

• If you’re escaping Cleveland’s winter chill in the coming months, remember to care for your hair just as thoughtfully as your skin. Cold weather can make hair dry and porous — especially before swimming — so be sure your locks are getting the love they deserve.

Last but not least, my wish for you is that you continue to live a life with purpose. May the inevitable ebbs and flows serve as reminders of your resilience and unwavering dedication to the life you’re creating. And may your light always continue to shine bright.
