BIG UPDATE!

After 25 years in the intimacy and relationship-enhancement space, I have an important update to share.

Most of you know I’ve been a consultant with Pure Romance since 2001. Over the years, I’ve built amazing connections, hosted countless in-home parties, and supported women in feeling more confident in their bodies and relationships. It has truly been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life.
In 2023, the company shifted its business model and we lost our teams. Then, in mid 2025, we learned that Pure Romance would begin selling direct to consumer and eliminate consultants altogether. They created a “separate” wholesale company for independent purchasing and reselling, with the assurance that most of our top sellers would be available there and that they would not be competing with us on their website. This has turned out to not be the case.

Many former consultants have begun sourcing other products from multiple wholesalers, developing their own catalogs and marketing materials, and heavily using social media to sell. I considered branching out myself, hence the change to Peace Love Laura. However, this is very different from the business I signed up for and no longer aligns with my goals or passions. Because of that, I will, for the most part, be stepping away from the intimacy and relationship-enhancement industry.

While I won’t be doing in-home parties anymore, I will, for the time being, maintain a website with some of the most popular items (the ones I’m still able to get). I currently have website ordering turned off, while I update my inventory. Once that is complete, I’ll share the link so you can still stock up on your favorites.

Thank you — truly — to every single person who supported me, hosted a party, shopped with me, referred friends, or encouraged me throughout my PR journey. I’ve met incredible women, made lifelong friendships, and created memories I will always carry with me.

Also, despite the way this has all played out, I’m incredibly grateful to Patty Brisben, Chris Cicchinelli, and everyone associated with Pure Romance that enabled me to live the life I’ve lived - getting to be the mom I wanted to be, being here for my family when they needed me, traveling to incredible places and having experiences that I never would’ve had.

Here’s to new seasons, aligned timing, and the beautiful way life opens new doors. ❤️
