There are so many things I’m proud of when I look at what we’ve built, but the people inside these walls will forever be at the top of that list.

The talent is incredible, obviously. But it’s who they are as people that makes this team so special. The way they show up for our clients, for each other, and for our salon. The way they cheer each other on, step in when someone needs help, work hard, keep growing, and make even the craziest of days fun.

Owning a business comes with a lot of moving pieces, but getting to do it alongside people you genuinely love being around is something I’ll never take for granted.
