I’m not coming for you sis buuuutttt. Even if it’s just a 10 minute walk, sitting in your car for a bit before walking in the house listening to music or even talking the time to reflects but while doing your morning face routine, we’ve got to get that self-care in. I mean we do everything for everyone else, you mean to tell me you can’t carve out 39 minutes for yourself? So, I challenge you to day to do 1 special thing for yourself.
