Life update:
Oh man, our entire vacay felt like a dream. We got home and the next day went straight to work for a total of 30hrs in 3 days…
Today, although we spent the entire day running errands and at doctors appointments, I got to sleep in until 8am!!! Thanks to my wonderful husband for taking our son to school (someone has to be a responsible parent).
I’m reminded today to be grateful for the life I have, to take time for myself, hydrate, meditate, detox and listen to my body.
**Life is about balance; we work hard…we play hard…we live life with a purpose**
