I'm always amazed both personally and professionally, with the impact alignment creates.

From a postural.alignment that opens up my chest and allows me to breathe.more deeply and gain mental clarity, to a daily intention mantra or list where my thoughts or desires become actionable tasks. Alignment allows for ease and flow. It signals that I'm connected, listening and able to participate fully in my day.
