Got my hair colored & cut by the lovely Crystal yesterday & I absolutely love it!! I love this place I’m not going anywhere else to do my hair or massages I just love it!!! ❤️❤️❤️

So I went to make my appt for my massage and I’ve been a repeated customer for a couple years. I also brought on a couple new clients. The lady today told me I can’t book my appointment without leaving my credit card information. I told her I wasn’t comfortable doing so because I had issues with a company in the past when having to do that and ended up with charges I shouldn’t have. She told me I couldn’t book. I’m totally bummed because I’ve been looking forward to this for months and I dont want to have to try to find somewhere new. I could get them doing this with new customers but not with repeated customers because I clearly show everytime and besides who wouldn’t show up for an hour of pace and relaxation. Wish I wasn’t out in this situation! 😞

So I’m posting my review for the contest! I went there both before and after Covid to have my massages. The salon was strictly following all guidelines and protocols. It was clean and safe! I usually see Jenn or Laura. I have multiple back issues and pelvic floor issues so to be able to get my massage again was needed both medically and to reduce stress! Covid unfortunately impacted my father he is immune suppressed due to being a kidney transplant patient. He got Covid and has been in and out the hospital 3 times 2 weeks at once and is still battling Covid related issues. He is a survivor thus far! But to say I could use that gift card is an understatement! If I’m lucky to get blessed to get my massage again then I’ll be incredibly thankful! It means the world that you guys are open again! I’ve tried other places and literally NOTHING compares to you all! The best! Even with this craziness going on I feel safe going in there! You all take pride in your place and I thank you for coming back for people like me who your services because nothing compares!! ❤️💜

When you leave Catherine & Co. Salon & Spa , you certainly look better. Of course you do - - that is why we all go to a salon, right? Well, let me tell you why I go to Catherine's. I moved to CT 5 years ago. I had lived in Northern VA for 26 years. During that time I had established a circle of doctors, friends, and most importantly, a hairdresser. Replacing the doctors wasn't too difficult. BUT MY HAIR! How would I ever replace Gity, my hairdresser, my confidant, my friend for 26 years. She worked out of the salon at Saks Fifth Avenue, not a particularly friendly salon, but that was okay. I thought I would give Catherine's a try, mainly because s very close to my house. I have difficult hair and was told Faye would be a good fit for me. Faye is by far the best hairdresser on the planet. She and her family have become close friends, something I did not expect and now cherish. But the Salon! I have found a family at the Salon. I am continuously surrounded by love and a peaceful aura that washes over me as soon as I step through the door. Miss Catherine has skillfully assembled the most amazing and talented people, who love what they do and it shows. So I say thank you Catherine - - you and your salon are the best part of Connecticut for me.
