⭐️💭If you happen to breathe through your mouth at night, it may dehydrate you 40% more than someone who breathe through their nose at night. 
Dr Cris Simmons in Seattle recommends seeing an ear nose throat (ENT) specialist to make sure they can breathe through their nose correctly. If you can it is best to breathe through your nose unless you’re eating or talking.😇
