All cancellations or rebooking should be made 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a 30% non refundable booking fee. No-Shows will be charged the Full amount of service booked.
*Late arrivals will only have a 10 minute grace period.* If you arrive late your appointment is subject to be cancelled or if approved only to go to the time it is scheduled to end.

Hey everyone, just a heads up—if you’ve been trying to reach Hollie and she hasn’t responded, Jeffrey will be having surgery, and she’ll likely need to move her schedule around, cancel, or reschedule appointments.
At this point, we don’t have a set surgery date, so we’re not sure when she’ll be out or for how long. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and grace while she navigates this. She will keep everyone updated when she knows more.
If your appointment is affected, you will be contacted directly. In the meantime, please avoid flooding the phones and Messenger with inquiries, as we’re doing our best to manage everything and will reach out as soon as we have updates.
