Stress Knot, LLC

🧡🧡Hello October🧡🧡

My favorite month of the year has arrived!Changing leaves, crisp mornings, carving pumpkins and all things spooky!!!

I want to know, what is your favorite thing about October???

**Annual friendly reminder**

It's that time of year! Please reach out to reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling 100% your best. It's much easier for me to squeeze you in a week or 2 later verse trying to reschedule 20+ clients if I become ill.

I also work with prenatal clients, elderly clients and clients with weakened immune systems and I do not want to compromise anyone's health. Thanks for understanding!!! Have a blessed day!

❤️🧡💛 Hello September 💛🧡❤️
