Progress or Excuses? I know I was really good at that second one. I’ll go to the gym tomorrow. I’ll eat better tomorrow. I’m too tired. I have no energy. I have no motivation. I worked a double. Excuses become comfortable. So lets begin by stepping outside that comfort zone and make ONE DAY-DAY ONE….

Wild Out Wednesday with some wild animal print lol-Just my gym therapy before some ink therapy later today. And I need another week of vacation cause I did not get done what I wanted to get done and its back to the work grind tomorrow 😭💪🏾🥴💙
