I hesitated for months to post these because I was self conscious about my body/weight. I told myself “I should have picked a different shirt.” “This is the biggest I’ve ever been”
I felt embarrassed by the lack of results with my diet & workouts.

I’ve looked at these pictures for months finding all the reasons to not share them. These pictures took me through the process of loving myself again.

As a nail tech, I pour into women daily and push them to be fearless. Finding myself in this space of self consciousness felt so hypocritical. With my birthday being days away I want to walk into it giving myself the gift of authentic confidence in any body I’m in.
