* How it works: Micro-drops of hyaluronic acid filler are precisely placed along the bridge and tip to create a smoother, completely harmonized profile line.

This beautiful client has been coming to me for years, and her treatment plan is a great example of how I approach aesthetics: small, intentional treatments that help maintain what already looks like her.

She comes in about four times a year for anti-wrinkle treatments and just once a year for a little lip filler refresh. That’s it. No chasing more volume or trying to change her natural features—just a subtle refresh to add a little hydration, shape, and definition while keeping her lips soft, balanced, and completely her own.

These before and afters are exactly why I love this approach. Aesthetic treatments don’t always have to be about a big transformation. Sometimes the best results come from consistency, restraint, and knowing when a little is enough.

Every set of lips has its own anatomy, structure, movement, and tissue capacity. Trying to force too much filler into the lips at once simply because we want a dramatic transformation can compromise the very thing we’re trying to create—a soft, balanced, natural-looking result.

Overfilling can lead to unnecessary distortion, heaviness, migration, and loss of the natural architecture that makes your lips uniquely yours. And beyond aesthetics, filler is a medical procedure with real risks, which is why I will always choose thoughtful treatment over chasing an unrealistic expectation.

My approach has always been to build slowly, reassess, and add intentionally.
