Neck and shoulder tension is often connected to larger fascial patterns in the body.
Fascia connects areas we don’t usually associate with each other — which is why pain can feel confusing or persistent.
My approach focuses on listening to the body and working with these connections gently, rather than forcing change.

Stretching doesn’t always relieve pain, because fascia responds differently than muscle.
Fascia prefers slow, sustained, intentional pressure, not force.
Even gentle work that respects fascia can create a sense of ease and softness in the body.
This is one of the reasons I’m choosing to work more slowly and intentionally, allowing the body the time it needs to respond.

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps and supports everything in your body.
I’ve been deeply studying fascia and incorporating fascia-informed techniques into my sessions where appropriate.
Over the coming weeks and months, I’ll be continuing my education through advanced trainings in myofascial release, craniosacral, and somatic bodywork.
