Emotions are high, you have a fresh set of lashes...you feel the water works coming....Did you know your tears are made up of a complex mixture of water, oils, salts, and proteins? You may notice after some big feelings your soft voluminous lashes are now crunchy clumps *gasp* some tears can’t be avoided however we can avoid premature lash loss with proper post breakdown lash care.

Cleanse your lashes thoroughly with your lash artist approved cleanser and save the brushing for your clean lashes. Brushing through your tear dried lashes can pull lashes out!

Why do you have less hair with waxing vs shaving?

When you wax, the hair is pulled out from the root, weakening the hair follicle over time. This can result in slower and finer regrowth compared to shaving, where the hair is only removed from the surface, allowing it to grow back more quickly and coarser. Regular waxing can lead to a reduction in hair growth over time as the follicles become damaged, resulting in thinner and sparser hair regrowth. (Amazing right)
