Candlelight Yin yoga starts tomorrow night (Thursday 11/30)! Meet me at Gypsie_Willow_Studio at 6:30pm. All levels welcomed. No yoga experience necessary. $20 drop in rate, or grab a punch card/monthly membership to save $$$$. I'm so excited to get back to teaching a weekly Yin class! ❤️
Heads up! I'm out of town from tomorrow through Sunday. All classes will be subbed. See you next Monday (1/16)!

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas 🎅 and Happy Holiday season!
Yoga friends- heads up! No classes with me this week. I may have covid. I feel like warm garbage. :( Hopefully I'll be back next week. Please go see my awesome subs this week and stay healthy out there!
So proud of my yogis tonight! Class was super challenging (a little more than it looked when I wrote my plan out!), but they were amazing and persevered!! I think I even heard a few cheers when I finally cued child's pose. 😂 Thanks to all my lovely students for a very fun class! I 💜 our growing community! You all make the body pain I'll feel tomorrow worth it! 😅
