When you can now twist and turn your back with no pain -

"After waking up I was experiencing pain in my middle upper back, specifically when attempting to turn and rotate my torso to the left. A little pain and what I’d describe as tightness and discomfort. This was also experienced when rotating my torso to the right but less so when rotating left. After Tara had worked on my back when showing her where in my back I was experiencing that tightness and showing her my rotation she was able to diagnose the issue, locate the pain, and worked on a few areas within my back, obliques, and ribs, I immediately experienced relief from that tightness and discomfort, was able to rotate again and extend my back with zero issues at all, almost as if I had no pain to begin with."

The menu has been simplified.

1. Pain Relief Massage: Previously called Therapeutic Massage.

2. Relaxation Massage: Previously called Swedish Massage.

3. Ashiatsu-Style: Ashiatsu is just a different style of deep tissue that is mostly relaxing and for those who like a deeper pressure.

Himalayan Hot Stone Massage has been taken off the menu as hot stones can be added to any massage (besides ashiatsu) at no extra upcharge and is essentially the same thing.

These two lovely people fell in love in February of 2016 at Cafe Lalibela. They said that by the end of their first date, they knew they are meant for each other and sealed the deal.

This month marks 10 years since I started practicing massage therapy.

In 2016 of August, I started working for my parent's family-owned day spa. In 2020 of October, I left and opened my own practice

Ever since 2016, I have now seen almost 2,000 people with back pain, hip pain, neck pain, sciatica, and overwhelm. Because my books are often full, it is harder to get new people in. Some clients I have seen every 2 - 3 weeks since day 1.

Have sat down and studied for around 400-450 hours on muscle limitations, muscle referral pain points, which muscle causes pain during particular movements, communication skills, client feedback skills, doctor-client relation skills, various technique skills, plus more.

Since 2016, over 350 5-star reviews across multiple platforms, as reviews from clients can be very hard to attain.

I have also sustained 6 injuries since 2016. 2 blown shoulders, 1 shoulder-blade injury, 1 lumbar back disc injury, a waterfall fall, and an organ injury. None of which had to do with massage therapy, but I can understand your pain.

Have traveled to 10 countries and/or states. I haven't been able to travel much lately, but more to come in the future.

Made large life changing decisions where I left comfort, and opened new doors to start from scratch which has opened new doors and better opportunities, with bigger life lessons.

10 years really isn't such a long time if you think about it, and there is so much to be had still.
