I did a 2 hour massage on an amazing long time friend, and we decided to add some cups to her service. She is an aesthetician, so her upper back and arms carry a lot of tension. I started with gliding the cups on her back and forearms for a good fascia release. Then, did stagnant cups on her back to help with her knots and tension.
