I am Rebecca Campbell aka Becky. 😜These are my 3 amazing daughters plus I am the mother to a fabulous son & grandma to 4 doll babies with 2 more on the way! I am married to the love of my life & this year we will celebrate 28 years of marriage! Long time I know! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I get to teach several group fitness classes each week. I could never live without movement! I wanted to reach & empower more ladies so about 7+ years ago, I opened Glamology Bar. My hope is the same ~whether you are in my fitness classes or laying on my table, I want to help YOU shine brightly while gaining confidence in the uniqueness of being YOU as you ALLOW a few moments here & there for yourself. ♥️
