I have a confession…

I'm really good at coming up with ideas. I'm also really good at giving myself completely unrealistic deadlines to finish them. 😂🙋🏼‍♀️

And sometimes I have to remind myself that just because I CAN rush something out doesn't mean I SHOULD.

Especially when it's something I really care about.

I've been working behind the scenes on my new Skin Tightening Blueprint, and every time I get deeper into it, I think of one more thing I want my students to have.

One more explanation.
One more protocol detail.
One more resource that would make implementing everything easier.

And while I can't wait to share it, I also want to feel really good about what I'm putting into your hands. 🤍

You can change the timeline without changing the dream. You can slow down without giving up.

And you can be excited about where you're going while still giving yourself permission to get there in your own time.

The modalities are YOUR tools. Your job is choosing the tools + sequence that make sense for the result she wants.

That's why I want providers thinking beyond “Which treatment should I sell?” and toward “What transformation am I building?”

The modalities are your tools. The transformation is what she buys.

I LOVE learning new things. Like… maybe a little too much. 😂

But growth doesn't always come from learning something new. Sometimes it comes from going DEEPER into what you already know — refining technique, learning how treatments work together + figuring out what gets YOUR clients the best results.

That's really how my Signature Rewind protocols started. I kept asking: What does this skin need NEXT?

Before you decide you need another certification, another service or another new thing… look at what you already know. There might be a whole other level waiting for you there. ✨

Affirmation: I trust the expertise I've already built.

This distinction changed the way I sell corrective treatments.

Bundling six identical services can be convenient, but that doesn't automatically make it a treatment plan. A true plan is built around the client's goal, sequencing, timing, response + next step.

I think one of the biggest mistakes we make with advanced aesthetics is expecting ONE treatment to do everything. 👀

Jet Plasma has a purpose. T33 has a purpose. Microneedling has a purpose. Laser has a purpose. Hydration + recovery have a purpose.

The question I've learned to ask isn't “What's the best skin-tightening treatment?” It's “What does THIS skin need next?” 👏🏼

When you start thinking in sequences instead of appointments, you stop throwing random treatments at the skin and hoping they add up to a result. You start building a PLAN.

I have this thing where once an idea gets into my head… good luck getting it out. 😂

I'll think about it in the shower, in the car, at dinner, and casually bring it up to my husband for the 37th time like it's brand-new information. 😂

I've learned to pay attention to those ideas. Not every idea becomes something, but sometimes there's one that keeps coming back because there's something there.

Something I've been teaching inside my treatment rooms for years has been one of those ideas for me lately. And I've finally decided it's time to teach it differently. 👀

I'm not telling you everything yet… but beauty pros who LOVE corrective skin + skin tightening are going to want to stay close. 🤭✨

You don't have to understand the entire path before you start walking toward something. Sometimes clarity shows up because you finally moved.

I think social media has convinced business owners that if a Reel doesn't get 20,000 views, it “didn't work.” 😅

But if you're trying to fill a treatment room in YOUR city…

Who would you rather have watching?

50,000 random people from all over the world?
Or 500 women who live 15 minutes from your business? 👀

I'll take the 500 ALL DAY. 😂👏🏼

Not every piece of content needs to be created for reach. Some content should be created specifically for the person who could actually BOOK.

Talk about the pigmentation she's frustrated with.
Show her what the consultation looks like.
Show your treatment room.
Explain what her first appointment will be like.
Share the result.
Mention your location.
Answer the question that's keeping her from booking.

And then actually tell her how to schedule. 😂

Views are fun.
Followers are fun.

But if you own a local beauty business, don't forget what we're ultimately trying to create:

Clients.

So before you decide your next Reel “flopped” because the views weren't amazing…
