How does one get to this level of blonde? Maintenance! I can do amazing work your first appointment, but if you don't take care of your hair at home, return for toner appointments/highlight appointments, then your blonde won't continue to look fresh and healthy even weeks after the appointment. Nor will you get to this level of consistent, dreamy blonde.
