🌏 5 Days, 2 Countries, 1 Wild Adventure!
From the skyscrapers of Taipei to the mountains of Chiang Rai, it’s been a whirlwind 5 days. Here’s the "RunSeek" recap:
🇹🇼 Taipei Kickoff: We fueled up on traditional breakfasts and crushed a 4-hour bike tour through Old Town and along the riverfront. We even tried to "climb" the Taipei 101 building (okay, we mostly just admired the height!) before a final gym session and a 3-mile walk through Da’an Park.
✈️ The Transition: Travel day was no joke! Two flights and a lot of "taxing" airport navigation later, we officially touched down in Thailand. We felt like pro travelers by the time we hit the poolside cocktails at 4:00 PM!
🇹🇭 Chiang Rai Day 1: We went straight into the deep end!
• The Hikes: Two stunning waterfalls, including one with some very "sketchy" bamboo bridges.
• The Skill: A mountain-top cooking class where I learned that I definitely don't have the "Asia Squat" leg strength yet (I lasted 5 minutes, our cook lasted the whole time! 😅).
• The View: Stood at the base of the massive "Big Buddha" (Guan Yin), which towers at a breathtaking 260+ feet tall.
The adventure is officially in high gear. My legs are tired, my heart is full, and I’m ready for whatever Day 6 throws at us! 👟🔥🛶

Wellness Wednesday reminder: The scale doesn’t tell the whole story. They utilize mineral filters like zinc oxide and ingredients like DNA Repairsomes (photolyase) to achieve this. ISDIN moisturizers, such as Uradin Lotion 10, focus on hydration, often containing ingredients like urea and natural emollients to moisturize and soften the skin.
Sunscreen:
Broad Spectrum Protection:
ISDIN sunscreens, particularly those containing zinc oxide, offer a physical barrier that reflects and scatters both UVA and UVB rays, preventing them from penetrating the skin.
DNA Repair:

Urea also helps to maintain the skin's natural barrier function, which is crucial for preventing moisture loss and protecting the skin from external irritants, says Bryn Mawr Dermatology.
