I have had to learn the hard way to be mindful of who I allow in my lifr.
I am posting this advice so those of you out there who may not be aware that you are surrounding yourself with people that are unhealthy for you should do a double-take on your lifestyle.
Remember: you are worthy of surrounding yourself with good people who only have your best intentions in mind.

Love this statement!

Happiness truly is the key to successful living. Happiness feeds our souls and strengthens our mind.

Successfully happy right now. Feeling (finally) at ease knowing I am safe in my community and in my hometown.

All I have is a bit of knowledge to share with y'all as a "thanks" for my Community's help.

1. Thinking "happy" thoughts increases the serotonin and dopamine levels in your neurotransmitters leading to a very affective and ultimately pleasing experience.

2. Smiling at the corners of your mouth while quietly meditating ignites your dopamine and serotonin neurotransmitters and endorphin hormones at the same time. Soon you begin to feel calm and are able to maintain a steady, "blank- mind", clear of thoughts, worries or doubts.

3. Allow your Inner Spirit to come out and play more often. Feeling emotionally tight and tense causes crippling stress on the body, as well as on the brain. Pray more often for others who need prayers, get out of your mind and into your 💙 by intentionally finding a group where you feel comfortable and at home within your Community. Take a new class or learn something new every day.

4. I know the "ABC's" in sign language...FYI! 😂
