This client came in convinced she needed a relaxer — but what her hair really needed was a reset and a plan.

Here’s what you’re seeing in this photo:
• Her top layer is significantly shorter than the back, with the sides somewhere in between. Instead of forcing her hair to a shape it couldn’t hold, we agreed to cut it to the shortest breakage point for a balanced, healthy start.
• I began with a clarify shampoo to remove buildup, followed by a hydrating shampoo for moisture.
• Then I treated her with a custom protein + moisture blend to strengthen her strands and restore balance.

By the end of the appointment:
✔️ She had a new healthy shape
✔️ She rebooked her next two appointments
✔️ She left with the products she needs to keep this progress going at home
