Client Appointments
We ask that you arrive five minutes prior to your appointment in order to check in, fill out the consultation form, and use the ladies room. Cancellations
We understand that things happen, but in order to provide all of our clients the opportunity to book available appointments, we ask that you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can call during business hours to speak to one of our receptionists or leave a message on the B Brazilian Wax voicemail. If you cancel less than 4 hours before your appointment, you may be subject to a 50% charge of the full service price. No Shows
If you have confirmed your appointment and you do not show, you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you are a repeat offender, you will be asked to pre-pay for your service at the time of booking the appointment. B Brazilian Wax reserves the right to restrict clients who no show habitually from booking future appointments. There are other clients who would have liked the time slot you reserved as well as our Estheticians who depend on the commission for the services they provide. Late Appointments
The traffic! You never know what to expect. So, it’s always best to give yourself extra time. If you are running late, give us a call. Chances are if you are only 5 or 10 minutes behind we can fit you in. Later than 10 minutes and you will have to reschedule. In the event that we have availability, we will, of course, do our best to fit you in. Walk Ins
We do accept walk ins based on availability, but we aren’t able to guarantee a spot. It is always best to give us a ring to make sure we can accommodate you. If you do walk in without calling, we will do our best to squeeze you in, but it’s quite possible you will have to wait until an esthetician is free to take you. Age Requirement
All clients 17 and under must bring a parent to give their permission in order to receive a Brazilian Wax.
