Therapy Tuesday 9:8 / Birthday Edition 🥂✨
When little snippets of your life start looking like pieces of your vision board…
I see you, Universe. 😉🌙
Intentional about enjoying what I’m building ✨
Cheers to another level. 🥂💫
Guided. Grounded. Grateful. 🤎
WHEN YOUR GIFT BECOMES YOUR CALLING ✨
I truly believe God led me to this path for a reason. 🙏🏽
What started as a career became something so much deeper. I get to help people feel better physically, while also holding space for the stress, the stories, and everything they trust me enough to share in my room. 🤍
Sometimes it’s bodywork. Sometimes it’s therapy on top of therapy. 🫶🏽
Being trusted with someone’s body and their story is a privilege I’ll never take lightly.
Healing happens in more ways than one.
I’m just grateful to be part of the journey. 🕊️
POV: Slow days are the perfect time to pour back into yourself AND your boss babes. 💕✨
Yesterday I got a lash lift + tint from my bestie at Bare n Bronzed… and she gets her massages from me. 🥰
Instead of letting a slow day just be a slow day, we fill each other’s cup with what we already do best. ✨
Massage for lashes.
Lashes for massage.
Everybody wins. 💕
And the perks? BABY. 👏🏽
✨ Keep cash in your business
✨ Get pampered
✨ Support another small business owner
✨ Network + build genuine industry connections
✨ Experience each other’s work
✨ Send referrals back and forth
It’s basically girl math… but make it entrepreneurship. 😂💕
When the services make sense for both of us?
Girl, LET’S TRADE. 💅🏽✨
A little self-care, a little networking, and everybody leaves feeling GOOD. 🥰
Okay, boss babes… your turn. 💕✨
Drop your small business in the comments + tell us what you do! You never know who’s looking for exactly what YOU offer. 👀
Let’s network, connect, and pour into each other. 🥰

The work I do begins long before a client walks through my door. It starts with how I care for the woman behind the gift. ✨
My commitment to fitness and faith has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of caring for my body and soul. After all, my body is the most important tool I use to serve others. 💪🏽🙏🏽🌿
When you’re called to pour into others, you have to care for yourself too. The world deserves the best of you, not what’s left of you. 🤍
If God has placed a purpose on your life, honor it by showing up, even on the days you have to fight for your own light. ✨🙏🏽🌿
The Shift: Peace Begins Where You Stop Carrying It All 🧘🏽♀️
🧠 Mental wellness is not about fixing everything around you, it is about what you stop absorbing within you. 💫 It is learning what to release, what to ignore, and what no longer deserves space in your mind. 💆🏻♀️✨
In massage, it shows up the moment you lay down and let your body finally exhale, allowing someone else to hold what you have been carrying. 😌
Peace becomes possible when you stop feeding what has been working against you. 🦋🌱
